Orders usually leave us the next business day. With standard US shipping, an order placed today is expected to arrive between two and seven business days from today.
Shipping is complimentary on US orders of $250 or more. International shipping is calculated at checkout.
We accept returns within 14 days of delivery for a refund, an exchange or store credit. Pieces must be unused and in their original packaging.
Orders placed between November 1 and December 21, 2026 may be returned until January 15, 2027.
For exchanges and store credit on US orders, we provide a prepaid return label. For all refunds and international orders, return shipping is at your expense.
Personalized pieces are custom made and cannot be returned or exchanged, nor can made-to-order pieces or limited collaborations.
