SHIPPING
Orders purchased from Gohar.world are packaged with great care in our signature packaging. Orders to destinations within the contiguous United States ship with United Parcel Service (“UPS”). We aim to ship all orders within three business days of purchase. Please note that during busier times, orders may take slightly longer to dispatch, and we appreciate your patience. Kindly allow an additional 10 business days to estimated shipping time for orders containing Personalized or Customized items. SHIPPING TO INTERNATIONAL DESTINATIONS
Orders to international destinations outside of the United States ship with UPS or DHL. For delivery to international destinations, duties and taxes are not calculated at checkout. Further duties or taxes may need to be paid upon delivery. You will be contacted by your local customs agency. All orders shipped from gohar.world to destinations outside of the United States will be shipped with a Commercial Invoice - no exceptions shall be made. We are not responsible for delays in shipping.

COMPLIMENTARY US SHIPPING
Gohar World offers complimentary ground shipping to addresses within the United States for qualifying orders over $350. Complimentary shipping cannot be combined with any other offers or promotions offered on Gohar.World.
REFUNDS AND EXCHANGES
Gohar World products are made with care by artisans. We do not offer returns for refund. However, we would be pleased to arrange an exchange for products of same or similar value. To make a return for exchange, please email customer.service@gohar.world. Kindly note all returns for exchange must be made within 14 days of delivery of your original purchase. Items must be returned in their original, unused condition. Customers are responsible for all additional shipping costs associated with the return and exchange of products.
In cases of exchanges for an item of lesser value, the difference will be returned in the form of a store credit for Gohar.world. Kindly ensure your return shipment is carefully packaged to guarantee its safe return. We recommend repacking your return for exchange in the original shipping materials used by us. Gohar World will not be responsible for any damage that occurs during return shipping, and we will not exchange or offer store credit on items that are returned in what we deem to be damaged or unsaleable condition.
Please note all items purchased from our Gohar Old World collection are vintage and/or antique and as such are final sale. Please note all Personalized items are final sale and as such are not returnable.
DAMAGED OR MISSING ITEMS
Please email customer.service@gohar.world within 48 hours of delivery to inform us of any damages or omissions. Should an item be damaged while it is being shipped to you by us, Gohar World will provide you with a full replacement, exchange or refund. We may decline to replace, exchange or refund damaged or missing items should you fail to inform us within 48 hours of delivery.
