Does Gohar World offer returns?
Gohar World products are made with care by artisans. We do not offer returns for refund. However, we would be pleased to arrange an exchange for products of similar value. Please visit our Shipping & Returns page for more information.
When will my order ship?
We aim to ship all orders within three business days of purchase. Please note that during busier times, your order may take slightly longer to dispatch. We appreciate your patience. To check the status of your order, please email us at customer.service@gohar.world.
How can I track my order?

Do you ship internationally?

Can I collect my order in-store?
Yes. In store pick up is available from our New York store at 262 Mott St.
What should I do if my order is damaged or missing?
Please email customer.service@gohar.world within 48 hours of delivery. All claims for damaged items or omissions must be made within 48 hours of delivery.
How will my order be packaged?
All orders ship in our signature Gohar World packaging, ready to be gifted. Gift notes come hand written on signature Gohar World stationary.
Do you ship to a PO box?
No. Kindly be advised we ship to physical street addresses only.
Do you offer complimentary shipping?
Gohar World offers complimentary ground shipping to addresses within the United States for qualifying orders. Complimentary shipping cannot be combined with any other offers or promotions offered on Gohar.World.

GIFTING
Do you offer gift certificates?
Yes, please visit our Gift Certificates page should you wish to purchase. Gift cards purchased on Gohar.world entitle the holder to purchase products from Gohar.world up to the value recorded on the gift card. The value on the card can be used for purchases in whole or in part. Gift cards cannot be reloaded, exchanged, or redeemed for cash or another gift card.
Do you offer gift wrapping?
Yes. All Gohar World orders come carefully gift wrapped in signature Gohar World pouching, ready to be gifted. Your gift note will be hand written on signature Gohar stationary with gold foil emboss. Gift sets arrived packaged in luxurious debossed Lizard boxes with embossed Gohar bean logo and hand-applied bean illustrations. If you have any particular requirements for your gift, please use the 'Order Special Instructions' box in your cart upon checkout, or mail us directly at customer.service@gohar.world immediately upon the placement of your order. Kindly include your four digit order number with your email. Provided your order has not already dispatched, we will make every attempt to accommodate your request. Kindly note we are unable to accommodate special requirements for orders that have already dispatched.
Can I include a message with my purchased gift?
Yes, we will gladly add a handwritten message to your gift. Please enter your message into the 'Add Gift Message' field on the product page prior to adding your item to your cart. For gifts including multiple products, please use the 'Order Special Instructions' field upon check out.
For any special requests or questions, please email customer.service@gohar.world prior to the placement of your email.
For orders that have already been placed, kindly include your four digit order number with your email. Provided your order has not already dispatched, we will make every attempt to accommodate your message. Kindly note we are unable to include messages with orders that have already dispatched.
