This Privacy Policy describes how Gohar LLC (“Gohar World”, “we”, “us”) collects, uses and shares personal information when you visit gohar.world, make a purchase, visit our studio or stores, or otherwise contact us.

Information we collect

Information you provide to us. This includes your name, email address, shipping and billing addresses, phone number and order details. It also includes personalization requests such as initials or monograms, gift notes and recipient details, gift registry information, and any correspondence you send us. Payments are processed by our payment providers, and we do not store full card numbers.

Information collected automatically. When you visit our site, we and our service providers collect information about your device and browser. This includes your IP address, the pages you view, how you arrived at the site and how you interact with it. We collect this through cookies, pixels and similar technologies.

Information from third parties. We may receive information from affiliate and advertising partners, shipping carriers and social media platforms when you interact with Gohar World through them.
